The chest and shoulder armor detailing is sharper than the photos suggest, and the transformation between force silhouette and core splendor is surprisingly smooth for a Real Grade. Took me a solid weekend to build, but every panel line pops once you topcoat it.

Slightly fiddly with the nub marks on the new armor pieces, but once you clean those up the panel lines pop nicely and it poses well. The Spec II color scheme looks sharper in person than in photos.

The new armor pieces on this kit have noticeably sharper panel lines than the previous Impulse models. Took me about two evenings to build, and the joints feel solid enough for posing. Only wish the shield connection was a bit more secure.
