Iron Factory IF-EX36 The Tyrant

I was impressed by how smoothly the armor swaps between the four character versions without any loose parts. The weapons are small but detailed, and the whole thing feels solid on my shelf.

Pretty impressive how they packed four character looks into one small figure with just swapable armor pieces. The robot mode is nicely articulated for its 11cm scale, though swapping the armor can be a tiny bit fiddly.

The 11cm height feels right for a desk display, and swapping between the four armor sets is clever but fiddly—the joints on mine are a bit stiff. It looks great in robot mode once you get everything aligned, though expect to spend a few minutes wrestling the accessories into place.
