MakeToys MTRM-16 jetstream

The hinge joints on this one are buttery smooth right out of the box, and the new scale makes it feel chunkier than my other bots without losing any poseability. Transformation is fiddly the first time, but once you get the rhythm it's genuinely satisfying.

The new scale took a minute to get used to, but the articulation in jet mode is excellent. Transformation is clever without being frustrating.

The new scale gimmick is interesting, but it doesn't quite land for me—it's a clever twist, though the transformation feels a bit fiddly in practice. The "instant classic" vibe is there, but I'd say it's more of a fun experiment than a must-have.
