The joints are all movable, so I got Bowser into a proper crouching pose mid-roar and he held it perfectly without tipping over. It’s sturdy enough that my kid has been wrestling him around and nothing’s snapped yet — that’s a win.

The articulation in the shell and spine is wild—I can pose him mid-fire-breath or hunched over like he’s about to slam Mario, and he holds every stance solidly. The paint on his spikes has a nice metallic sheen that catches the light just like in the game.

The joints on this Bowser figure are surprisingly smooth for the size, making it easy to pose him mid-flame attack. The sculpt captures the game’s look perfectly, though one of the smaller spikes on the shell is a bit loose. It’s a solid display piece overall.
