DNA Designs - DK-59 - Upgrade-Kit für Transformers Studio Series 86 Optimus Prime

The replacement shoulder joints are a game-changer, eliminating the looseness I had on the original figure. The new rifle accessory fits perfectly in his hands and looks fantastic in vehicle mode too, solid upgrade for the price.

The new battle mask clicks in with a satisfying snap and actually stays put during transformation, which is more than I can say for the stock head. The extra accessories give him a much more aggressive, screen-accurate look on the shelf.

The battle mask alone is worth it—the sculpt lines match the head so cleanly it looks factory. I’ve swapped the new blaster into his grip and the articulation holds tight even in a dynamic pose, which is more than I can say for the stock gear.
