The transformation from truck to robot is surprisingly smooth for a figure this size, and the articulation lets me pose him in all sorts of dynamic stances. Even the smaller details like the way the cab folds into the chest feel solid and well-engineered.

The included axe and extra guns really add to the display options, and the joints are tight enough to hold a dynamic pose without feeling fragile. Transformations have always frustrated me, but this one clicks together perfectly without any loose panels.

The transformation is so smooth I did it twice before even posing him, and the axe fits snugly in his grip without feeling loose. Articulation’s solid for a truck-mode robot, no floppy joints out of the box.
