バンダイ 超合金魂 GX-95 「闘士ゴーディアン」 - ゴーディアン

It towers over everything else on my shelf at 320mm, and the weight alone makes it feel worth every penny. The articulation is surprisingly smooth for something this massive, so I've been able to pose him mid-charge without any wobble. A worthy way to mark the 40th anniversary.

I was a bit worried the forty-year legacy would mean a dated design, but the full articulation makes it pose like a modern figure. The die-cast feel in the joints gives it that satisfying heft you want from a Chogokin.

The sheer size at 320mm is imposing, and the joints feel sturdy enough for dynamic poses. I just wish the instructions were a bit clearer for some of the transformation steps.
