Iron Factory - IF EX-71 Fang of Botis

The chest armor snapping into viper mode is such a clever touch, and the extra gun gives him a nice heft for posing. Assembly was smooth right out of the box, and the joints hold their stance well—way more fun than I expected for the price.

The viper gimmick sold me, but honestly the extra untransformable gun is what keeps it on my shelf—it gives him a proper heavy-arms look without fiddling with the armor. Paint apps are crisp and the joints hold tight in every pose I’ve tried.

The chest armor that turns into a viper is such a clever design, and it combines with the extra gun to give this figure a really menacing look. The articulation is smooth, making it easy to pose with its weapons. I'm honestly impressed with the creativity here.
