ThreeZero - ボルトロン: 宇宙の守護者 ROBO-DOU ボルトロン

The die-cast metal makes the combined form feel surprisingly heavy and solid in hand, exactly what I wanted for display. Separating the five lions is smooth and intuitive, no frustrating struggle to lock them together.

Finally, a Voltron figure that actually looks like it stepped out of the 80s cartoon. The engineering on the joints is incredibly smooth for such a complex design, and it holds together firmly in combined mode.

The articulation on the joints is impressive—each lion feels solid and poses exactly how I remember from the cartoon. Assembly took me about twenty minutes, but the final combined mode is worth the effort. Only wish the box included a display stand for flight poses.
