Thinking about the Kakashi Anbu AAA Anime exclusive? We break down its display appeal, exclusivity, and value so you can decide if it belongs in your Naruto collection.

Quick Answer

Yes, the Funko Pop! Kakashi (Anbu) AAA Anime Exclusive is worth collecting if you want a distinctive Kakashi variant with strong display presence. Its exclusive status and Anbu outfit make it a standout piece, but it's not a rare grail—so buy it because you like it, not as an investment.

Why the Anbu outfit matters for collectors

Kakashi's Anbu black ops uniform is a fan-favorite look from the Naruto storyline, and this Pop! captures it in Funko's stylized format. For collectors who already own standard Kakashi figures, the Anbu version offers a visually distinct alternative that stands out on the shelf. The darker outfit and masked face give it a stealthier vibe than the typical Jonin Kakashi, making it a nice contrast piece in a Naruto display.

Exclusivity: what AAA Anime sticker means

AAA Anime is a well-known distributor that often gets exclusive Funko releases, and their sticker is a mark of authenticity for collectors. While not as limited as some convention exclusives, AAA Anime exclusives tend to have smaller production runs than common retail Pops. This means they can be harder to find later, but they rarely reach grail-level prices. The Kakashi Anbu exclusive is a solid mid-tier exclusive—desirable but not ultra-rare.

Value and market considerations

As with most Funko Pops, value depends on demand and availability. The Kakashi Anbu exclusive has a dedicated fanbase thanks to the character's popularity, but it's not among the most sought-after Naruto Pops (like certain chase variants). If you're buying for value, keep in mind that exclusives can fluctuate; this one is more likely to hold steady than skyrocket. For collectors, the joy of owning a cool variant often outweighs monetary concerns.

Collector FAQ

Is the Kakashi Anbu exclusive rare?: It's an exclusive, but not a limited chase or convention piece. It's uncommon compared to regular retail Pops, but not extremely rare. You can still find it for sale online, though availability may vary. Don't expect grail-level rarity; it's a mid-tier exclusive.
Should I keep it in the box?: That's personal preference. The window box is designed for display, so you can show off the figure without opening it. Keeping it in the box helps preserve value if you ever decide to sell, but many collectors display loose. Either way, the box is part of the appeal. If you plan to resell, keep the box in good condition.
How does it compare to other Naruto Pops?: The Anbu outfit is unique among Kakashi Pops, making it a standout. It pairs well with other Naruto characters like Naruto (Hokage) or Sasuke (Rinnegan). If you're building a Naruto collection, this adds variety. Consider it a complementary piece rather than a centerpiece.
Where can I buy it?: Check specialty retailers and online marketplaces. Toy Dojo currently offers it at a competitive price. Be wary of counterfeit stickers; buy from reputable sellers. Verify the seller's reputation and look for the official AAA Anime sticker.
