The jet modes lock together tighter than I expected, and swapping between the three robots and their fighter forms takes about two minutes once you get the hang of it. Each one’s special weapon actually fits snugly in hand, not floppy like other sets I’ve tried.

The individual weapon loadouts are distinct enough that each mech feels unique on the shelf. My only minor surprise was how compact the box is, but the jet modes lock together solidly.

The transformation on these three is surprisingly smooth for jets that compact this small, and each one's weapon loadout feels distinct enough to justify the set. Packed the trio into my display case and they've held up to a few transformation cycles without any loose joints. Definitely worth grabbi
