S.H. Figuarts Ultraman - Ultraman X & Gomora Armor Set

The transformation mechanism between armored and unarmored modes is incredibly smooth, and the sculpting really captures the show's proportions perfectly. I spent a good half hour just swapping parts back and forth—it’s that fun to handle.

The armor swapping is seamless and the paintwork on the X figure itself is incredibly crisp. Finally having a fully convertible Ultraman X that looks this good in both modes is a dream come true.

The paint apps on the figure are crisp and really make the red and silver pop, especially on the chest. My only minor gripe is that the Gomora armor joints feel a bit tight out of the box. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic display piece for any Ultraman fan.
