ZTZ-96B Tankformer

The transformation from robot to tank is surprisingly smooth for a figure this size, and the included shield clips onto the turret perfectly. My son has been playing with it nonstop since it arrived.

I was a bit skeptical about the tank mode gimmick, but the transformation is surprisingly smooth and the shield clips on securely. The spear adds a nice touch of play value for a robot that can also roll around as a realistic tank.

The shield and spear click into place on the tank hull so securely that I can actually pose it mid-battle without anything falling off. The transformation is smooth and the ZTZ-96B silhouette looks properly menacing on my shelf.
