The new chest piece and forearm armor snap on without any wobble, and the included blade accessories give him a much more imposing silhouette. I've fiddled with him for an hour and nothing feels loose or like it'll pop off accidentally.

The shoulder cannon locks in with a satisfying click and actually stays put during transformation, which is more than I can say for the stock figure. The new axe blade is a nice bonus too, gives Prime a proper presence on the shelf.

The new axe blade fits perfectly into Prime's hand and really completes the animated look I was going for. That cannon attachment is hefty too, adds some nice weight to the figure without limiting its poseability.
