Storm Collectibles - Mortal Kombat (2011) - Shao Kahn (Standard Version)

The paint application on his armor is incredibly crisp and the weight of the figure feels substantial for 1/12 scale. Posing him with the skull mace took a bit of patience due to the joints, but the final stance is menacing.

The neck articulation is surprisingly smooth for a figure this bulky, and the hammer’s weight gives every swing pose real presence on the shelf. It’s the closest I’ve seen to the in-game model at this scale, and the paint on the armor has that properly weathered look without being sloppy.

The shoulder armor and hammer feel incredibly solid for a 1/12 figure, and he towers over my other fighters exactly like he should. Paint application on the skull mask is clean, though posing his cape took a bit of fiddling. Worth it for any MK collection.
