The alt-mode wings snap in with a satisfying click and hold their pose perfectly, even after several transformations back and forth. Solus Prime’s sculpt really captures that regal, ancient look, and I’m glad the joints are tight enough for dynamic shelf poses without being stiff.

The joint tolerances on the Deluxe Class Solus Prime are incredibly tight, so the robot mode holds every pose I put it in without any wobble. The 5 1/2-inch scale fits perfectly alongside my other figures, and the plastic feels sturdy enough for repeated transformations.

The transformation sequence on this one is surprisingly smooth for a deluxe class, and the joints feel solid enough for posing without worrying about them flopping over. It scales perfectly alongside my other figures, and the sculpt detail on the chest armor really pops under display lighting.
