The rat mode is surprisingly detailed with actual fur texture sculpted into the plastic. The joints are tight and poseable, making it easy to recreate scenes from the show without worrying about floppy limbs. For the price, the paint application is flawless—no slop or overspray anywhere.

The transformation from rat to robot is incredibly smooth and satisfying, and the premium articulation lets me pose him in some really dynamic battle stances. He fits perfectly with my other Beast Wars figures.

I wasn’t expecting the paint work to be this crisp—the metallic finish on Rattrap’s beast mode really makes the detail pop. The articulation is smooth enough to pose him mid-sprint without any loose joints.
